Marrakech’s Behavioral Services Department assists individuals and families who have behavioral health concerns. Our dedicated team of Behaviorists, credentialed through the Department of Developmental Services (DDS), is committed to making a positive impact on your or your loved one's life.

We understand that every individual is unique, which is why our Behaviorists are experienced in working with a diverse range of diagnoses, including depression, anxiety, autism spectrum disorder, attention deficit disorder, emotional disturbances, and chronic medical conditions, among others.

Our services extend throughout the State of Connecticut, bringing support right to your doorstep. Whether it is in the comfort of your home or within the community, we tailor our Behavioral Supports to meet your specific needs.

What can you expect from our Behavioral Services?

  • Functional Assessments/Observations: We delve deep into understanding the factors contributing to behaviors, ensuring personalized interventions.
  • Individualized Behavior Support Plans: Based on our assessments, we create comprehensive plans to support and empower positive change.
  • Staff/Guardian Training: We believe that effective support extends beyond our team, and we empower staff and guardians with the knowledge and skills they need to assist in the journey.
  • Review of Behavior Data and Behavior Reports: Data guides us in making informed adjustments and enhancing the effectiveness of our support. As needed, we provide detailed reports to help monitor progress.
  • Participation in Team and Individual Meetings: Collaboration is essential to success. We actively participate in team meetings, ensuring an integrated approach to care.

Eligibility: Must be diagnosed with a behavioral condition; must have an approved Vendor Service Authorization (VSA) from the Department of Developmental Services.
